CORAL – Green Performance Management Tool for Cruise Ports

As part of the Mediterranean Green Project, MTF promoted the CORAL project with the aim to allow for benchmarking of key performance indicators for cruise ports through the application of a Balanced Scorecard model. This project was led in partnership with Global Ports Holding. 

Following various workshops held with the various GMs of cruises ports from across the world operated by GPH, a performance management tool was developed and is now ready for automation.
